In this video I use FileZilla, phpMyAdmin, and my HostGator cPanel to back up a sub domain and restore that website to a completely different sub domain. It is important to backup and restore your website. YOu want to back it up incase it ever crashes. You need to restore it to test your backups.

WordPress is a open source content management system (CMS) and popular blogging software. It typically requires Apache, MySQL, and PHP. I can run on other platforms as well such as IIS (Internet Information Services) and Microsoft SQL. It’s a great way to create a websites for people that don’t know how to create websites.
