@Mendelivium2 I know what you mean, its upto you what way you want to do it, this is just the way I do it. My way I will have a full updated back backup and I am always adding new stuff to mine. These videos I make are just ideas. you go with what way you feel ok with. I am not saying my way is the right way its just the way I do things.

@Britec09 Yes I understand that Brian. But what I was asking is why you could just not have the folder that Ketarin is updating on the Pen Drive. Then it would only update those things that need updating ont he pen drive itself. This way you skip a step of updating a folder on the desktop and then using SyncBack to copy the changes over to the pen drive. Right ?

@Mendelivium2 You can just update Ketarin on your computer and then copy the folder over to your pen drive, but as I said in the video this means your copying all the files over every time. SyncBack just copys the changes made to the ketarin folder which means less time.
